Our Team

Lynn MCCLURE, ASSISTANT Director

Lynn McClure works closely with all shelter advocates to carry out the day to day happenings at the shelter. She supports the director through maintaining organization and communication within the HHFW staff. As a member of our team since 2019, she enjoys taking time to talk to guests and help them figure out their path in life as they move forward.

Belinda Small-Riddle, Family Advocate

Belinda has been a member of the HHFW team since 2013. She provides case planning for women and children in the shelter pertaining to housing, employment, school enrollment, parenting, medicaid, food stamps, temporary assistance for needy families and referrals as needed.

Michelle Corntassel, Financial Operations Coordinator

Michelle supports the operations of our organization through bookkeeping, HR management, budgeting and grant management. She loves getting to work with each staff member on our team toward a common goal. She has worked with us since fall of 2019.

Ciji Stocks, Shelter Manager & Women’s AdvocatE

Ciji’s role is integral to the functioning of our shelter, as she oversees all house operations while maintaining relationships with each of our guests. She loves working as an advocate for them as they live here and seek to learn and grow!

Yasmeen Santillan, Legal Advocate

Yasmeen assists victims who suffer from domestic violence obtain a Temporary Protective Order through the court while also providing resources from Hospitality House. She helps guide survivors through their civil process. She loves engaging with people of different backgrounds, understanding what difficulties they may face and discerning how we can help. Yasmeen has been a member of the team since fall of 2021.

Alice Towe, Thrift Store Manager

Alice manages day to day operations at our local thrift store, including staff and volunteer supervision. She acts as a point of outreach to the community through providing assistance to local transient populations as well as providing direction for possible domestic violence victims. Alice has been a member of the HHFW team since 2021.

Caroline Groce, Outreach & Prevention Coordinator

Caroline acts as a liaison between HHFW and the Rome community through social media outreach, website management, and community partnerships. Caroline loves that her work supports and empowers women and their children while engaging the community in the incredible mission of Hospitality House. She joined the team in spring of 2023.

Christina Seifert, Outreach Navigator

Tina is a seasoned social worker of 27 years. After working on night/weekend staff, Tina is excited to continue to use her calling and help others by being of service. If you need outreach services, Tina’s your girl! Be on the lookout for Tina out in the community spreading the word about Hospitality House! She joined the daytime team in February of 2024 and started nights/weekends in October 2023.

angela Sanchez, Latin X Outreach & Access Coordinator

Angela is our first staff member fully dedicated to serving Rome’s Latin X community! She is passionate about wellness (mind, body, and spirit), leadership, finance, administration, customer service, and education. Angela believes love plays a crucial role in helping people balance their careers, finances, and personal lives, and this belief aligns well with her work at Hospitality House. She joined the team in spring of 2024.
