Krystal, Executive Director

Krystal began as the Executive Director of Hospitality House for Women in March of 2024. She has been working in family and child advocacy for over 10 years and is passionate about Hospitality House's mission and work to end family violence.

Jessica, Program Manager

Jessica works closely with all Hospitality House staff members to carry out the day to day happenings at the shelter and on the outreach team. She supports grant activities, shelter operations, and case management. As a member of our team since summer 2024, Jessica loves working with families and providing support and education so that the moms in the program have the tools they need to succeed.

Belinda, Family Advocate

Belinda has been a member of the HHFW team since 2013. She provides case planning for women and children in the shelter pertaining to housing, employment, school enrollment, parenting, medicaid, food stamps, temporary assistance for needy families and referrals as needed.

Shondell, Financial Operations Coordinator

Shondell plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization. In her role, she is actively involved in advancing the organization’s objectives, overseeing all accounting functions, coordinating investment management, and guiding key operational processes. What she values most about her work is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients the organization serves.

Angela, Latin X Outreach & Access Coordinator

Angela is our first staff member fully dedicated to serving Rome’s Latin X community! She is passionate about wellness (mind, body, and spirit), leadership, finance, administration, customer service, and education. Angela believes love plays a crucial role in helping people balance their careers, finances, and personal lives, and this belief aligns well with her work at Hospitality House. She joined the team in spring of 2024.

Kim, Shelter Manager

Kim supports day to day shelter operation to make sure the women and families we serve have everything they need! She is the contact for all things maintenance, shelter upkeep, room decor, and more. With a background in nonprofit work and management, Kim joined the team in fall of 2024.

Jade, Child Advocate

Jade supports children and their caregivers within the shelter by providing parent education, facilitating child-focused activities, conducting developmental assessments, and connecting families to resources that meet their individual needs. She is passionate about working with children and their caregivers, especially during times of transition. Her goal is to ensure that every child feels supported, seen, and heard, helping to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can begin to heal and thrive.

Tiffany, Legal Advocate

Tiffany is honored to join as a bilingual Legal Advocate. With an associate degree in Criminal Justice and current studies toward my bachelor’s, along with prior experience in the legal field, she is committed to using her skills to support survivors and serve her community. Tiffany joined the team in summer of 2025.
